FPES Garden

On April 11, 2013

The Spykids Multi-Age class recently planted cabbage and cilantro, donated by Rawls Farms, in the FPES Grant Garden. Students have been watching the garden over time. The cabbage has grown taller and the cilantro seeds have sprouted.

In addition to the plants, students added millipedes to the garden. The millipedes are decomposers and will work well in the soil to keep it healthy for seeds and seedlings.
