We value all of the qualities of our mighty mallards that make them special, unique individuals. We care deeply about each student and believe in celebrating their achievements, big or small. Our students are encouraged to do their best every day and we work with them to ensure they achieve their goals. We hope to create trusting relationships and a safe place where students can be their authentic selves and grow into the leaders of the next generation.

At Forts Pond Elementary School, we are committed to teaching and learning every day. We work diligently and collaboratively to provide powerful learning experiences that support the whole child - academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally. Our focus is on helping students discover their strengths, set meaningful goals, and clearly communicate their learning.
We believe that together we are better. The Pond continues to be a place where staff, students, and families feel safe, valued, supported, and heard. We are intentional about fostering a positive school culture where every voice matters and every student is known.
We are excited about what the 2026–2027 school year holds for Forts Pond Elementary School. This year brings new opportunities to grow, learn, and celebrate together as the Mallard community.
